It starts with a conversation. Email us, call us or visit our Tampere showroom — we'll discuss your requirements in detail. We ask the right questions to understand not just what you want, but how you'll use it and what environment it needs to survive.
Within 5 business days we produce technical CAD drawings of your product and a detailed, itemised fixed-price quotation. You'll see exactly what you're getting before committing. We revise until you're happy — at no extra cost. No surprises, no hidden charges.
Once you approve the design and pay the deposit, our craftspeople get to work. Every product is built entirely in our 2,000 m² Tampere workshop. We send photo updates at key milestones so you can watch your order come to life. Lead time typically 2–6 weeks.
We ship worldwide via our trusted freight partners — well-packaged and insured. For clients in Finland we offer optional on-site installation and a hands-on training session for your team. After delivery you receive full care instructions, spare parts list and your 5-year warranty certificate.
